The InPost Mobile app introduces a range of features that make sending and receiving packages via Paczkomat easier than ever!

- Send without a label: Conveniently send your package through InPost Mobile without printing a label, 24/7, and using any Paczkomat. Just open the locker remotely with a single click, scan the QR code, or enter the dispatch code on the Paczkomat screen, and you're done!

- Remote locker opening: One of the main features of the app is the remote locker opening service, which allows you to receive and send packages without needing to use the Paczkomat screen. Just click the "Open locker remotely" button, and your locker will open automatically!

- Extend pickup time: Every app user can conveniently extend the pickup time for their Paczkomat package by 24 hours. The pickup time extension service is very intuitive - 12 hours before the pickup deadline, you'll see a "Extend" button in the app. Just click it, make the payment, and you're good to go!

- Easy and convenient returns: Tired of tedious online returns? Not with us! Every InPost Mobile user can easily return their package to partner stores. No need to print a label, just fill out the return details and send the package through Paczkomat.

- Hassle-free courier redirection: Can't be home and expecting an InPost courier? Now you can easily redirect your courier package through the app. Choose the most convenient option for you! Paczkomat, PaczkoPunkt, or redirect to a neighbor. Just click "Redirect" next to the selected package, then choose your preferred delivery option.

- Place packages in the Easy Access Zone: The Easy Access Zone is a solution that allows for delivery of packages to lower lockers in the Paczkomat device. This functionality is aimed at shorter individuals and people with disabilities. If you want your package to be placed in the Zone, select the "Activate" button under the delivery details section that asks "Should the package be placed in the Easy Access Zone?"

- Have all your packages in one place: Packages, including courier packages ordered within the last 30 days using the phone number assigned to the app, will be visible immediately upon logging in.

- Receive packages in a Multilocker: The Multilocker option allows for receiving multiple packages from a single locker in the Paczkomat device. Packages placed in the Multilocker will be grouped into one message in the app and highlighted in blue.

- Always have Paczkomats nearby: Easily find any Paczkomat and PaczkoPunkt using the app. Just tap on the map, and with location services enabled, the app will show you the nearest InPost points.

- Receive packages on the go: Thanks to geofencing-based notification feature, we will remind you to pick up your package when you're near a Paczkomat. Enable notifications for InPost Mobile on your smartphone, set the radar's range in the app settings, and you're set!

- Always know where your package is: With the app, you can track all your awaited packages. Furthermore, notifications will keep you up to date with any status changes.

- Cashless payment for cash-on-delivery packages: You can make payments for cash-on-delivery packages using quick PayByLink transfers - a simple and convenient solution that gives you freedom and full control over your order.
